The SOMO Village Story
When our team first laid eyes on the land destined to become SOMO Village, we were deeply moved. We envisioned transforming this former technology plant into a vibrant, sustainable community brimming with art, gardens, locally-grown food, and welcoming gathering spaces, all set against the stunning backdrop of the region’s natural beauty.
With a rich history of shaping Sonoma County as a family business, we felt inspired to explore the full potential of this site. We asked ourselves how we could design a community where happy, healthy, and sustainable living would be at the forefront.
